Why we exist
"I started my career as an EA and realised quickly that even when the placement goes well, the structure often isn't there — no toolkit, no real framework to follow."
I was placed into a role with an onboarding call, but there was nothing structured after that. No toolkit, no check-ins, no one to call when things felt unclear. I nearly quit more times than I can count.
I figured it out eventually — and then people started asking for a talent like me. That's when I saw the gap clearly: busy clients without bandwidth to build proper onboarding, and brilliant assistants who feel lost with no structure to hold them.
Lifesavers exists for both sides. We place the right person and we stay involved — because a good match without structure is just another person left to figure it out alone.

Support a fast-paced music and creative company managing artist releases and campaigns. Track projects across A&R, marketing, and content production. Build timelines, manage vendors, and follow up on deliverables.
Support an artist by growing his digital presence and community. Manage social platforms daily, plan and execute content strategies, create content calendars, and track analytics. Must be deeply tapped into Nigerian music culture.
Founders, creatives, and operators who need capable administrative or operational support and want a structured placement process. We work with clients globally and source talent from across Africa.
We place Executive Assistants, Virtual Assistants, Personal Assistants, and Customer Support professionals. The intake form gives you space to describe what you need — we'll advise from there.
The sourcing window is typically 2–4 weeks from the point your brief is confirmed. This includes search, assessment, shortlisting, and interview. We keep you updated throughout.
The flat placement fee is ₦250,000. We also offer a tiered option at ₦50,000/month over 6 months (₦300,000 total). Supervision add-ons: 3-month at ₦350,000 and 6-month at ₦650,000.
Supervision means we stay involved after placement. We check in with you and the placed professional at structured intervals, help resolve early friction, and provide accountability for both sides during onboarding.
We don't maintain a standing talent pool. Every search is built fresh from your brief — so candidates we present are matched to your specific requirements, not pulled from a generic list.
